ABOUT JACKSON

Jackson Lasseter is a scenic designer originally from Sonoma Valley, California. He is also a recent graduate from Emerson College with a B.F.A. in Theater Design/Technology. His recent credits include: Emerson Stage’s What Remains Hidden (Is Still Known) directed by Rinde Eckert [Scenic Designer & Ensemble member], Emerson Stage’s Working [Asst. Props Master], Rareworks Theater Company’s Phoenix (A Box Play) [Scenic designer],  Mercutio Troupe’s Ipseity [producer]. Jackson has earned a broadway credit as a Scenic Production Assistant for Disney's Frozen, designed by Christopher Oram. He has also earned the 1st prize Edgar L. Lustig Award for his work in the 2019 ASTC/USITT Venue Renovation Challenge along with 4 other Emerson undergraduate students. While at Emerson, Jackson worked 5 semesters as a studio assistant for the Theater Design Studio; helping professors and students with classes and projects, as well as keeping supplies stocked and all the tech running.
